Captured by Ky's 2-hour Portrait Photography includes: - A 2-hour photoshoot at a Gold Coast location of your choice, with the option to shoot at a second, nearby location (please note that travel time between locations will be deducted from the shoot time) - Ideal for individuals or couples wanting a variety of locations or outfit changes, larger families and groups of friends - A variety of guided and natural poses with various backdrops from around the location - You will receive ALL of the high quality and professionally edited digital images, available to download via a private, online gallery
Cancellation Policy
* All bookings must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. * The photoshoot will run for the amount of time booked. If you are late to your session, this may impact the length of your session. If the session runs over the allotted time, additional charges may apply. * Any location changes or special requests must be communicated at 48 hours prior to the shoot. Travel fees will apply for locations outside of the Gold Coast. * Clients are responsible for ensuring that the location is accessible and permission has been granted (if applicable) to shoot in the desired location. * A 10% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure booking confirmation for bookings over 2 hours in length. This will be deducted from the total price of your session. * Full payment can be made by cash on the day of the photoshoot, or by credit card or bank transfer at least 48 hours prior to the shoot. * A secure, online payment platform will be used for all credit card transactions. Credit card transactions will incur a processing fee. * If payment is not received by the applicable date, your session may be cancelled. * If a photoshoot is cancelled by the client with 48 hours of the session, the deposit will be forfeited. * If the photographer needs to cancel the photoshoot due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, weather etc.), the client will be given a full refund of the deposit. Alternatively, the client may choose to reschedule the session. * You may choose to reschedule your photoshoot up to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may incur an additional fee. * Rescheduled photoshoots must be completed with 6 months of the original booking date. * The photographer retains the copyright of all images created, but the client is granted usage rights for personal use. Commercial use or modification of images without the photographer’s consent is prohibited. * The photographer may use images from the session for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise indicated on the booking form.
